About Family Portrait Sessions

Stone Gallery Studios Family Session is the perfect “starter” to family portraiture or adds to your existing collection! The 45 minute session is a great length of time for little ones to stay focused, especially if it their first experience or using the session to “update” your children’s photographs! The Family Session is pre-set, outdoor locations with scheduled time slots. Stone Gallery usually holds seasonal Mini Sessions at a variety of local locations. The most popular time is in Fall and Winter, perfect for Holiday Cards and Gifts. BUT ANYTIME of year can make great images for cards! Please see our Cards samples in website menu! We work efficiently to provide poses that generally include a family image, individuals, and/or group of child(ren). We want to allow time for any special photos, like father and son. Sometimes times we can sneak in candid style images. Family Sessions are limited to a single family unit but allow grandparents!

Family Sessions always book quickly, with our current clients receiving first notification of the dates and Locations, then announcements in an email format and on Facebook, but rely mostly on referrals!

Eric’s camera experience and knowledge during a Mini Session provides all the care and creativity as a Private Session. Like the Private Session your images will be available on our secure on-line gallery to view, purchase, and share with others!
